Location : Pokolbin Community Hall, Hunter Valley. NSW 2320

Address: 128 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin New South Wales 2320.

Friday 29^th August 2025 : Start Time is 10:00 am till late

Saturday 30^th August 2025 : Start Time is 9:00 am Till late

Sunday 31^st August 2025 : Start time 9:00 am till 2:00 pm.

Total cost of retreat is $275. A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot.  Refunds will be available until 30.04.2025 after this date we cannot offer refunds as goods will be purchased for the retreat around this time.

Inclusions:

Friday:  Brokenwood Wines and Cheese Platters : Please note that no meals are being provided on Friday, you will need to bring whatever you would like to eat for the day. There are microwaves and fridges.

Coffee, Tea and cold drinks will be provided along with wine and cheese platter in the afternoon around 2:30 pm.

Saturday: Morning Tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided.

Sunday: Brunch at 11:30 am will be provided so people can leave early but still eat before they go.

If you have dietary requirements and you haven’t attended the retreat before please email daisychainstitchery@outlook.com  with your requirements and we will do everything possible to meet your needs.

Full Cross stitch kit and full tutorial from Mojo stitches.

Over the 3 days there will be raffle prizes and giveaways. Please bring some change for the raffle.

Please also feel free to donate prizes for the raffles if you would like to do so.

We will also have a freebie table for you to donate your preloved goodies and a brag table.

We are also doing a smalls exchange, please make sure you wrap your gift which must be hand made.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be opening the doors until the above start times as we need to have this time to set up for the day. There are lots of lovely places to go have brekky in the area while you wait for us to open the doors.
